OUR STORY

Born from a shared love of food, people, and hospitality

Savorra began with two friends - Sasha and Sergey - and a conversation that kept coming back again and again: one day, we wanted to build something of our own.

We had worked together before, spent years around kitchens, guests, events, and hospitality, and always shared the same feeling - that food is never just about food. It is about the people around the table, the stories behind every dish, and the small moments that turn an evening into a memory.

When the timing finally felt right, Savorra became our way of bringing that idea to life. A cooking school that feels warm, personal, and modern. A place where people can cook with their hands, discover new cuisines, enjoy good wine, laugh, learn, and feel comfortable no matter their experience level.

Savorra was created to be more than a class. It is a place to slow down, try something new, and share a beautiful meal with people around you.

More than a cooking
class

Every Savorra class is designed to feel warm, social, and a little different from a typical night out. You’ll cook a full three-course menu with step-by-step guidance from your instructor, with some elements thoughtfully prepared ahead of time so you can focus on the most enjoyable parts of the experience.

After cooking, guests sit down at shared communal tables to enjoy the meal together, with wine served alongside the food. The space is vintage-inspired, warm, and personal - created to feel less like a classroom and more like an evening gathered around a table.

Whether you come for a date night, a family outing, a night with friends, or on your own, the experience is made to feel relaxed, welcoming, and memorable from start to finish.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND IT

Led by people who care about the details

Aleksandar Rajic — Sasha to everyone in the kitchen — brings over ten years of professional culinary and teaching experience to every class he leads. His approach is simple: the best way to learn is to cook, eat, and talk about food with people who are genuinely enjoying themselves.

 

Alongside him, Sergey Gorichev manages the operations, the guest experience, and every detail that happens before and after you step into the kitchen. Together, they built Savorra to be the kind of place they'd want to spend an evening themselves.
