BOOKING & PARTICIPATIONS POLICIES

Adult Public Classes

Booking & Participation Policy

This Booking & Participation Policy applies to all registrations for the adult public classes operated by Savorra Culinary Academy Inc.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We prepare ingredients and arrange staffing well in advance of every class, so we ask that cancellations and rescheduling requests be made with as much notice as possible.

  • More than 72 hours before your class: You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method (minus any applicable processing fees), or a class credit with no deductions — whichever you prefer. Rescheduling is free to any class of equal value.

  • Within 72 hours of your class: A refund or transfer is possible only if we are able to fill your spot. If successful, you will receive a refund (minus applicable processing fees) or a full class credit. If we are unable to fill it, the booking is non-refundable.

  • No-shows: If you do not attend and have not contacted us in advance, the booking is forfeited with no refund or transfer.

  • If Savorra cancels: You will receive a full refund with no deductions, or the option to transfer to another date. We will notify you as early as possible.

To cancel or reschedule, email info@savorra.ca with your name, booking date, and class name.

Participation & Safety

Cooking environment: Our classes involve sharp knives, hot surfaces, and induction cooktops. Full guidance is provided throughout, but participants are responsible for following instructor instructions and exercising reasonable care.
Allergens: We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions listed at the time of booking. However, our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish. A fully allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
Alcohol: Wine pairing is included in adult classes and is available to guests aged 18 and over. Guests under 18 are warmly welcome but will not be served alcohol.
Photography: Savorra may photograph or film sessions for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any photos, please let your instructor know at the start of class.
Liability: Savorra Culinary Academy and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes, except where required by applicable law. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Savorra Kids Cooking Camps

Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all registrations for the Savorra Kids Cooking Camp operated by Savorra Culinary Academy Inc.

If a written cancellation request is received thirty (30) days or more prior to the start date of the camp, a full refund will be issued, minus any applicable processing or transaction fees.

If a cancellation request is received less than thirty (30) days prior to the start date of the camp, a refund may be issued only if Savorra Culinary Academy Inc. is able to fill the cancelled spot with a replacement participant. Refunds in this case are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Savorra Culinary Academy Inc. If a replacement participant is found, the refund will be issued minus any applicable processing or transaction fees.

Failure to attend the camp without prior written notice will be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

All approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment and may take several business days to process depending on the payment provider.
