BOOKING & PARTICIPATIONS POLICIES
Adult Public Classes
Booking & Participation Policy
This Booking & Participation Policy applies to all registrations for the adult public classes operated by Savorra Culinary Academy Inc.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We purchase fresh ingredients and schedule our instructors well in advance of every class. For this reason, all class bookings are final and non-refundable. If your plans change, we ask that cancellation or transfer requests be made as early as possible.
-
More than 72 hours before your class: Bookings remain non-refundable. However, you may choose either a class credit for the full value of your booking (valid for one year) or transfer your booking to any Savorra class of equal value at no additional charge.
-
Within 72 hours of your class: Bookings remain non-refundable. A class credit or transfer may be offered only if we are able to fill your spot. If we successfully resell your seat, you may choose either a full class credit (valid for one year) or a transfer to another Savorra class of equal value. If we are unable to fill your spot, the booking is forfeited.
-
No-shows: If you do not attend your class and have not contacted us in advance, your booking is forfeited and is not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
-
If Savorra cancels: You will receive a full refund to your original method of payment or the option to transfer to another class or receive a class credit. We will notify you as early as possible.
Class credits are valid for one year from the original class date. Credits and transferred bookings are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be exchanged for a refund at a later date.
To request a class credit or transfer, please email info@savorra.ca with your name, booking date, and class name.
