Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Savorra Culinary Academy Inc. website and the purchase of any classes, camps, or events ("services") offered by Savorra Culinary Academy Inc. ("Savorra", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
By completing a booking you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are a parent or legal guardian completing a registration on behalf of a minor. You confirm that all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.
2. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes where stated. Savorra reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the applicable Booking & Participation Policy for your service, available at savorra.ca/policies. By completing your booking you confirm you have read and agree to the applicable policy.
4. Gift Cards
Savorra gift cards are available for purchase on our website in digital format only. Upon purchase, the gift card will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Gift cards may be applied toward any Savorra class, camp, or event. If the booking value exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable. Savorra is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization — please treat your gift card code as you would cash.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A booking must be completed within this one-year period, however the class or event itself may be scheduled beyond that date. Gift cards that have not been used to complete a booking within one year of purchase will expire.
5. Conduct & Participation
All participants are expected to follow instructor guidance and behave respectfully toward other guests and staff throughout the session. Savorra reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.
6. Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for disclosing any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions relevant to their participation at the time of booking. Savorra will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed restrictions but cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Participation in all classes and camps is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savorra Culinary Academy Inc. and its staff, instructors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in any class, camp, or event, or from your use of our website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website or use it in any way that could cause damage to Savorra or any third party.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
