Booking Policy
This Booking & Participation Policy applies to all registrations for adult public classes operated by Savorra Culinary Academy Inc. Cancellation & Rescheduling We purchase fresh ingredients and schedule our instructors in advance. Therefore, all class bookings are final and non-refundable. - More than 72 hours before your class: You may receive a class credit (valid for one year) or transfer to another Savorra class of equal value at no charge. - Within 72 hours of your class: A class credit or transfer is available only if we are able to fill your spot. If we cannot fill your seat, the booking is forfeited. - No-shows: Bookings are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. - If Savorra cancels: You may choose a full refund, class credit, or transfer to another class. Class credits are valid for one year from the original class date. Credits and transferred bookings are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot later be exchanged for a refund. To request a class credit or transfer, email info@savorra.ca with your name, class name, and booking date. Participation & Safety - Cooking environment: Classes involve sharp knives, hot surfaces, and induction cooktops. Participants must follow instructor directions and use reasonable care. - Allergens: We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions provided at booking. Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. - Alcohol: Wine pairing is included with adult classes for guests aged 18+. Guests under 18 are welcome but will not be served alcohol. - Photography: We may photograph or film classes for our website, marketing, and social media. If you prefer not to appear, please let your instructor know before class begins. - Liability: Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Savorra Culinary Academy Inc. is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where required by law.
